This eventually led to the combin-ing of the La Marque and the Texas City chambers into one stronger and more effective organization, with a common interest for promoting growth of this region of the state. “The chamber introduced me to all the movers and shakers of this area and has been a wonderful way of networking across the entire com-munity. I am so proud of what the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce has become as one of the most outstanding chambers of com-merce in the entire state.”Mainland Medical CenterMainland Medical Center has been serving Galveston County for more than 55 years, bringing compassion-ate care into Texas City and sur-rounding communities.
